It looks like about half of lineholders have 13+ days off, some up to 16, and about 1/3 of lineholders got credit pushed and have minumum (10) days off, with the remaining percentage having 11 or 12 days off.
Contractually, reserves get 11 days off in a 28 day bid month, so that shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.
Are we adequately staffed? No. Is "just about everyone" at min days off? No...not even close.
sorry but you’re wrong as days off decreasingly go down fatigue and sick calls go up as will attrition. The contract days off are a contractual minimum not the exact number they have to allow. Over staffed to understaffed in a few months? It’s called poor planning by Planning. Now everyone will suffer for their inability to
see more than one month at a time
