That is unless career progression is important to you. If so, go to a wholly owned with a flow. While there, put your apps in at the other majors.
DGI is improved, but still not even close to a flow.
It's not just us old guys it's going to suck for and plenty of young guys want time off at home. I'm just telling the fact that for the foreseeable future, we are going to be worked as hard as the company legally can. It's simple math that we don't have enough people. New guys need to keep that in mind.
