I got clarification on the matter. The prep in question reiterates what the recruiter said and as such does not discuss right or wrong answers. Instead it focuses on avoiding common mistakes such as trying to appear as "the perfect employee" and answering what you think UPS wants to hear. I'll heed the recruiters instruction.
