You are why. You are why EVERY Compass Pilot I talk to doesn’t want to go to OO. This is why you’re airline is at the bottom of the list and the “safety net” of just in case. You are why your training department has had so many people drop out last minute for training as their plan for the future comes thru. We don’t want to fly with *********s like you, who can’t relax and laugh at funny things and be human. Who can’t find humor in a Snack Basket Committee and find solidarity when the day falls apart. Nobody here is engaging in useful conversation with you, because you’re a chump.
