Just what I see looking out the window (and the departure sheet in CVG) alot of flights causing one carriers fortunate expansion coming at the expense of another.....I know, I know typical whipsawing. But what goes around comes around...then the furloughs start. Good luck. All I see is new aircraft, new routes, and unlimited hiring on the horizon...nothing could change that right?
The whipsaw was created by a company refusing to give its pilot a good contract, therefore said company can’t keep their planes staffed. So DHL had to go to a company that could actually staff the planes. Even though K4 has a much more expensive pilot contract.
