Last FOM change says:

2.24 Other Commercial Flying

Non-company commercial flying by FedEx pilots is restricted by the CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement). FedEx pilots may not do any commercial flying other than FedEx Express, if that commercial flying would count toward his FAR regulated block hours or duty time limitations of FAR 121.503 through 121.525. This restriction does not apply to a pilot who is a member of a military guard or reserve organization in the flying of military aircraft.
