I'm currently at a LCC that operates A320s and have an application on file. I have approx. 4700 hrs of total time with about 800 hrs of TPIC with no 121 failures (knock on wood). Any advise or suggestions will be much appreciated.
don’t know what time you had in 2014 but if you have 4700 now you probably weren’t competitive back then. I’d say you are very hirable on paper right now. 4yr degree doesn’t seem to matter but I’m sure it helps if you have one. Since you’ve had some face time on several occasions they may have decided it just isn’t a good fit. However, if you’ve only been competitive for the last year or so maybe keep trying.

At some point probably have to cut bait and either be happy where you are or try or keep trying for a legacy (I hope you are already if your current job isn’t career worthy). In the end you may end up somewhere you are happier and it would’ve been good Spirit never called.

Sounds like you are doing the right things
