BoilerWings...Just wanted to let you know that the typed 10 year chronological list is something you're going to be needing while filling out the paperwork. When I was down there, they didn't even look at it...What they did was made us fill out a separate sheet that they provided us for each job that was held within those years. You need that typed chronological list in order to have the addresses, phone, and fax numbers necessary to fill out each of those sheets. Those sheets then get sent to each former employer in order to confirm your dates of service.
