No. It shouldn’t. And there aren’t only 2 camps, in reality. But FLY is taking a beating for having the audacity to be honest about his schedule, his pay, his QOL, etc.... I wouldn’t even say he’s being positive, it’s more just honesty and his personal situation. So I was applauding him, and his “kind”. There are other people on this thread (and all the other SWA threads) that like to categorize pilots into 2 camps.
I don’t see how that’s making things better, but I don’t think I’m in the same camp as some here.
