Chase credit cards don't exclusively provide Priority Pass access. It's just a benefit of some of their premium cards, and other credit card companies offer this same benefit as well.

Centurion lounge access is also fantastic and has great food if you want to pony up for one of their cards.

However, it seems that a lot of these lounges require you to have a confirmed seat on your boarding pass (standby doesn't always work, maybe others can chime in for specific lounges that let you in without an assigned seat), so just listing for a flight won't cut it. The good news is, most of the time your access is good for the day, meaning you can go into a lounge after you land, not just before. Helpful in places like LAS where you'll likely commute in a bit before the redeye departures.
