That way I don’t have to listen to your judgmental nonsense, and you won’t get ‘negative’ service from the driver.
It’s win-win!

Same to celebrities telling us not to fly while they are on their private jet. You give up your income in place of taking mine, win-win

This!

$4 to $6 dollars is an insignificant amount to a van driver? Are you one of those bozos who thinks they make $60 grand a year? If everyone on the crew tips $1, then yes it is a nice tip for the driver. If there is a "scum cheap pilot" (your words, not mine however I do agree with your self-projection) then yes $1 seems trivial but I am still going to do it. Most van drivers know that we may make 8 - 10 van trips in a week and can't tip them a fiver every time so they do understand the smaller amounts.

It is your right not to tip and I am not going to say anything because it is. However, like the FO from a couple weeks ago, don't be shocked when I politely turn down your suggestion to grab dinner and a drink if I see you as a "scum cheap pilot" (again, your words not mine).
