There's no doubt swa is some of the hardest workers in the field. I think regional pilots are payed based on experience level not on productivity or profit generation. We certainly work for less than we are worth to the company but that doesn't make it a ponzi scheme, though the outsourcing is undeniably a net benefit to mainline pilots vis a vis profit sharing
