Company comes to MEC: “hey, we’re having trouble filling classes, we want to give you guys endeavor’s payrates, plus $5. But, as soon as we reach our hiring goals, you need to come back to us, so we can bring you back down to your current rates.”
what MEC after the goal was reached, would rush to the company to reduce the rates? If he did, he should be recalled immediately.
That’s the odd part. The company and many other United Express carriers can’t staff the flying United wants them to do. Yet they don’t seem to care. It’s as if nobody is really in charge.
