I’m one of those who left Atlas in Jan. I was a fairly new 76 Capt. I loved the job at Atlas and really wanted to make it work but I got sick of waiting it out and when JD was announced as CEO, I felt the future as a career was bleak. I didn’t go to Spirit so I don’t know how life is there. But I look back now as, Atlas was the best job I ever quit, but I have zero regrets when I think about having resigned. QOL, Schedule control, retirement, pay, etc. Much better for me and my family. Getting out from underneath SL’s planning regime has been extremely freeing.
