Completely doing away with per diem seems pretty extreme and unlikely. I have heard (might have been on here) that they may be moving into a more tradition per diem system. Hourly based, like the 121 world. Decreasing pay by $55 a day would certainly not be attractive to current or future pilots.

I understand starting March, it will be all day trips. Have they said if per diem will continue to be offered or will it go away with day trip schedules?
