But ANY DL pilot who you happen to know can simply send an email and get your app reviewed in the next cycle. That's what you'd want to do for sure, that will get human eyes on your app for sure (vice waiting for the computer which score you lower).
This is 180 out from what they told us at indoc, at Delta. Humans, and only humans grade each app. An email from a Delta pilot gets your app pulled from the pile and scored within 30 days, vs waiting until it's the next in line.
Edit - they specifically mentioned there is no computer algorithm eliminating apps or pushing them to the bottom of the pile for negative info in your app (failed checkrides, traffic tickets, etc.)
