They will go over your resume and ask about other jobs etc. The biggest question will by “Why Spirit”. Have a very good answer for it. They are hiring career pilots and not guys looking to move on. This place is continuing to grow and getting larger and larger.

They will also ask some personality type questions. We hire a lot of fun people that enjoy being here.

So nail “Why Spirit” and be upbeat and fun on the phone and your son will have no issues getting an interview date.
