I bet a pretty good chunk of pilots go to GJ since they offer pay-scale adjustment for 121 years of experience. And since both are TSH companies it would be easier to transfer sick/vacation time and 401k’s
XJT would probably pick up the Denver based crews for those who don’t want to move

Not many will go to Gojet. Some of the lifers in STL who want to stay there but most will not. Can't transfer anything because Gojet is a different union and the company seems to have no interest in getting TSA pilots there. Plus their contract is terrible and no one really is interested in working there. Most TSA that can will go to LCCs/Cargo. Others will make lateral moves to other regionals. But very few will got to Gojet except those that have no other choice. Nobody is really interested in working for a TSA Holding company anymore after today.
