I see a merger of Commutair and ExpressJet at some point and continued phase out of Republic bringing our number of UE carriers to around 4 before settling in at two or three longer term (one owned and one or possibly two independent). I kinda threw up in my mouth a little hearing that SkyWest was the beneficiary of XJT’s 25 ERJ-175s. XJT did a great job bringing this fleet online. I hope the best for the pilots of both Trans States and ExpressJet.
