This is what I heard when I ran into the VP of Route Planning. LAS more so than BNA. Also, the want to increase the Mint flights between LAX and JFK from 13 to 16 a day. Mint flights into secondary blue cities like BDL and PBI from the west coast. A220 will also do transcons into smaller markets like CHS.
All of these depends on when we get the planes and gates.
I can see how LAS would make more sense than BNA since it is already a successful Mint station, and that seems to be priority. Add Mint from LAS to places you mentioned like BDL/PBI. A 220 with Mint would make a great plane to base in LAS. I can’t necessarily see a 321 Mint making sense to secondary east coast markets, but the VP of route planning knows a hell of a lot more than any of us
Also I don’t think we are scheduled to get any Mint planes until we get LRs, is that correct?
