Flying (Non-Company)
This Agreement contemplates that pilots shall devote their entire professional flying service to the Company, except that nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prevent a pilot from affiliating with the military service of the United States.
Pilots shall not fly aircraft other than those operated by the Company for hire or remuneration unless authorized by the Vice President, Flight Operations, or his designee. Except for Company flight operations, a pilot shall not perform flying which would count toward his FAR regulated block hours or duty time limitations. This does not restrict a pilot who is a member of a military guard or reserve organization in the flying of military aircraft.
