United has always been my dream airline, and when I picked TSA 5.5 years ago, a huge reason why I picked it over other regionals was because they flew for United Express. That was a couple years before CPP and Aviate and there was no defined pathway to United at that time, but I figured flying United's passengers on United planes into United hubs would be a great first step in my airline career.

We know it's a long shot, but we'd really appreciate the opportunity to interview at United (especially those of us with competitive flight times). We are very thankful that other regional carriers are reaching out to help us gain employment, but at the same time the idea of starting at the back of line at another regional carrier is tough one.
