The previous email they sent said classes in “spring to summer”. This one now reads “summer and beyond”. You know HR is legally over sensitive, so their words are chosen and parsed carefully. Why send the letter in the first place, that was out of the ordinary. Then update it with new wording that shifts the time?

Maybe in your world of unicorns and fairies, all hiring will happen on time and COVID-19 vaccines will be delivered world wide via 737 MAX aircraft tomorrow, but I for one know what this means. Hiring is paused.
