Just saw the captain retention bonuses and they are paid out twice a year based on years of service.
$1200 total till 12 months
$2000 total till 24 and
$4000 total after that.
Divide those numbers by 12 months and then by 75 hours a month and your bonus is equivalent to a $1-$4 pay raise. If you work more then 75 hours it’s even less

yea I didn’t get it either. I viewed it same as you did.
No contract update either? Not sure how they are going to get people to stay if they a captain or upcoming upgrade. Because I don’t plan on staying if this drags out. Love the people but this contract is just dangling over our heads with the money and qol issues.
