that's the problem with Skywest. They think that everybody that comes to them wants their future to be with Skywest. But most of us only see the Regionals as a stepping stone to somewhere else. Going to another airline puts you at the bottom a seniority list. So.... better make it a higher paying list (major or LCC) or one that moves fast. Skywest has the slowest movement of any regional thereby making a lateral move to there from another regional extra painful.
