No 2 pilots agree at swift because that’s the ACMI mentality. They want to job done no matter what. You are “that guy” if you don’t extend at 11:00 pm for a ice departure the next day you get blamed for the $100,000k fine. I do have a problem with them using the aircraft I was supposed to fly after our turn for 6 hours but they don’t want look for a new crew. another airline would have already taken you off the trip and put another crew on it. One pilot will extend the other guy is tired and doesn’t want to. You tell me why I should extend? I don’t get get paid any lore or any different to pull them out of a small fire?
