What can be done for these pilots that resigned their jobs for UAL, either through ALPA or some other method? Not everyone is a regional pilot with a 6 month leave of absence (Part 91, 135, military turning down other CJOs)?

What? Us regional guys don’t take LOA’s when we leave the regional for a major. We resign.
