I mean this as an honest question. If they can have the virus and be a carrier while showing no/minimum symptoms could this be even more problematic?

I do not know enough about how this spreads to have even a moderately intelligent understanding of the risks.
chances are high they
1) get the virus
2) spread the virus
3) have minimal symptoms (cough/sneeze a little for a day)
