The program was changed so that only pilots of typed airplanes get it.... remember when the program STARTED, the piper twin was still a "entry level" plane, now the be-99 is. The intent of the change seems encourage pilots move up rather than move on from the be-99.
CA's are sticking around fo ar 3-4k bonus and only making like 75k? You can go be a CA at any regional in like 2 years or less and make more than that getting jet time the whole time. Still don't understand why a little bonus is keeping anyone.
