News/outlook on this virus can change in a moment and while network can respond within a month if not quicker it takes crew resources many months to implement any significant change. The vicissitudes of this industry make it almost impossible to stay ahead of in periods of rapid change and instability. I wouldn't be too surprised if the bid packages for April are delayed.

On the positive side oil should be a bargain throughout this period. I personally would glad to help out and take a 55 hour SIL.
