I agree. They just had specifically mentioned wx as a determining factor. That part of the SE it’s very common to have tornadoes but yes much less disruptive than a hurricane if your facility is spared by the tornado.

DTW though is almost never crippled by weather and I’m sure office space would be cheap. Question is can you get a solid workforce that wants to be there and grow with you. I don’t know.

Either way BNA it is just ironic considering last nights storm.
