I took a big gamble and left Active Duty USAF and went to USAF Reserves non-flying staff job. Only part-time about 4 days per month and slung drinks in a bar, paid under the table in Central europe (no permit required). Flying small airplanes on the side, finishing the JAA ATPL writtens and building relationships within the flying community. It took 2 years to build the relationships and then got the work permit. I don't know of any easy or quick way, it was just the way i did it. From what I know, only building a relationship with locals will help you get in. At least this was my route. Send me a PM when you can for more info.

Good Luck,
