I have no skin in the game but here is my outsider $.02. When you post a general question about "which regional should I go with" 98% of the responses you get are to choose the one you can live near. Some things mean more than pay to people. A friend of mine recently got hired at Piedmont, didn't apply anywhere else because he didn't want to go anywhere else. I also have two friends that worked at Piedmont that were happy with their time there and are now at American (hired outside of flow). Main reasons why, basically no reserve and CLT base where they lived. Truth is we are pretty spoiled to even have a choice, in the not too distant past pilots would jump on the first one that gave them a call and were thrilled just to fly all while making 22k a year. It's a good time to be a pilot when even the "worst" regional pays over double what you would have made less than 10 years ago.
Decide what matters to you and make the choice.
