No, Base bid was separate from Aircraft/seat. Every month, anybody who wanted to trade bases with somebody who wanted to leave another base was coordinated via FLICA bid. This happened monthly even if no upgrade bid was done. All in FLICA. There was no aircraft bid because GJ only flew CRJ700/900...
