When they said they would, yes I do. It’s called a commitment.
According to reports on this site, at the most recent charm school Oscar and Kirby said they’re 90% certain they can ride this out without furloughs.
We currently have 13,570 pilots on our list. Adding those 23 pilots would have increased the burden by 0.17%.
To renege on that commitment will make next to zero difference in the overall success or failure of United Airlines, but it undoubtedly has a devastating effect on those 23 families.
