Sounds like you're doing the right thing by joining a regional to get your flight time up to where it will be competitive. Emerald is good for prep. Also start hitting the job fairs such as WIA etc. And I'd strongly recommend taking the time to get a 4 year degree. Without it, your chances of landing a job at AA, or any other legacy for that matter, are quite slim without being well connected to someone with some pull. Good luck!
OP’s hours are plenty competitive.
For the degree, not necessarily: going to one of our WOs would open up the flow option. Wouldn’t be quick, but it’s an option.
