Duty rigs. 12 instead of 11days off, decent per diem, and some language to stop unstacking that is used to cover an understaffed airline. The money will come as the company cannot retain pilots. They showed that as the didn’t exercise their right to reduce starting FO pay year over year. So raising pay, pushing out the amenable date without any other concessions is in their best interest.
