1- Can't trade or drop trips. If something important comes up and you need a day off, .....well you know what you have to do.
2-Not being released after flying, sometimes we do 3, maybe 4 legs, and they keep us on stand by at the FBO for 3 to 4 hours. They get those 12 hours of duty-time out of you most of the time, but we're here to work, so.....However, many times you do hotel stand-by, so, not bad at all.

That's it for me. Can't think of anything else I dislike.
