As was already stated, quite a few of the junior WB FOs can't hold NB Capt. I can hold NB Capt, but my displacements are to be as senior as possible as a NB FO, rather than going to be junior NB Capt. Might as well have better control over my life. Here's just hoping they offer decent paying SILs!
