Or talk to any of your recently retired squadron mates who are airline pilots. Most of them were able to snag a 20 yr retirement out of the furloughs post 9/11, plus their 5 years of mloa. Bottom line, my understanding is that if you're furloughed, that time does not count toward the USERRA. I'm not a lawyer.
