ATP is part 61. You will owe over 100k if you get a loan when it's all said and done.
LIFT part 141. The subsidy is from the state of Indiana, where RAH is based and the school is located. You break your contract, you pay back the extra 20k from the subsidized tuition cost. Also since it is only 1 school location, they will eventually have too many students to guarentee a CFI position.
Lufthansa Flight Traing is an international flight school for that german airline, so you can't go to it, but they do hire american CFI's.
