You would be naive to look at what is happening in this industry/country/planet right now and think that Piedmont is going to keep hiring.
They could stop or this is the time they get fully staffed while they can be the only ones hiring. If your the only ones hiring you may get people that otherwise wouldn’t come. But what do I know? I just fly the line
