Just opinion like everything else on here...The reference to the economic downturn post 9/11 on our envoy thread is ironically comical since 70% of our pilot group was 3 yrs old during that period. Not a diss on the younger folks. I just don’t think they have a real frame of reference. And as for the continued cuts at AA, unless they’re gonna start sending the bus to Joplin, the April bid packet didn’t look that bad honestly. Subject to change of course. Always go into any for profit aviation gig thinking you could possibly get stuck there due to unforeseen circumstances and give yourself outs. The rest will sort itself out in time.
