Looks like they’re against the room confinement also. But it’s ok if the union reps fly them. I don’t know about you, but I’ve turned down 3 draft trips in the last week.
It’s more of the same. We refuse to opt out, but we keep getting union communications that the company isn’t listening to us. Nothing will happen until we stand firm.
I’d rather have no deal than this one. Let’s for once, grow a pair, and give them 7 days notice. That’s 7 days to fix this OIM. Either they come back to the table or not, but this sends the pilots a strong signal to not pick these trips up until we get an improved deal.
Also, maybe communicate with the block reps to do the same...
