Not really. Basically the same as our non union employees. This was a perfect opportunity to restore PS. We had them on the ropes. We won’t have any profit this year (or likely next), so it costs nothing right now when times are bad. We should have not let this opportunity go to waste and restored the previous PS formula/gotten rid of the cliff. Would have also been a perfect opportunity to bring back UTS.
I wished I lived in your universe. What an amazing and whimsical place that must be! Looking through beautiful rose colored glasses at majestic unicorns and rainbow rivers. But, unfortunately, I live in the reality that at a MINIMUM I expect 500 fellow JetBlue pilots to be unemployed by the time this is over. I know you are just trying to get a rise out of guys with this line of thinking (I guess it worked), but maybe this isn’t the time. When this is over JetBlue could have had 4 billion the the bank and it won’t be enough. Hopefully the company survives and maybe even thrives after the turn around.
