You realize the company could just say we need X amount of no fly lines (zero pay) for April. Then, having satisfied the CBA concerning negotiating furlough mitigation decide to furlough 500 pilots for May. We are going to be obscenely overstaffed for at least the next 6 months. Sometimes you just have to understand you aren’t holding an ace. The company has a royal flush when it comes to staffing and negotiating power. We better hope THEY LET a crisis go to waist. I want to keep all guys employed!
