These are not the pairings the union communications have said they have a problem with. You discredit our OIM when its the best in the industry. You discredit the fact that us at FedEx are very lucky at this point that we are still flying when many other majors are on the brink of furloughs. You need to get the big picture and stop complaining because everything isn't perfect just the way you want it. Our guys/gals are making a killing currently with draft/ava/vacation buy back, etc. We have a way to opt out and we have jobs that look secure for the immediate future. Step back and realize what you have and what others are facing. Facts are facts and our OIM is much better than anyone else's in the industry currently.
