Its furlough mitigation clause of the CBA. Basically the company can reduce the line construction values to between 72-82 hours. This negates the need to furlough or reduces the number of pilots furloughed. Seems like management is working to “do the right thing”, but it’s much too early to tell. UA just announced a 50 percent reduction for April and May schedules, so I expect a second MOU.
