I'm not sure about the hard on for eliminating carryover. Doesn't seem like that big of a deal to me. If you want carryover, fish in open time, trips do become available. If you don't want to do that, bid reserve. About half the lines have carryover. Of course you will work more days, but if you want carryover, most of us could get it....

But if the majority want to eliminate carryover, that would be OK with me as well.

Albie, does the union have access to any data concerning number of credit hours paid to us monthly. I would expect that number to be much higher than BLG (or RLG) due to carryover, make up, etc. About everyone I fly with these days has very full calendars. I believe we are overmanned due to the large amounts of flying done by the average pilot. Also, I have no problem with people flying as much as they want now. We aren't in negotiations and we haven't had any BLG cuts either.
