Tons of bases, good pay, good management relations, good history of growth, etc.
Absolutely nothing! A life at SKW will top out around $115-$130K/yr unless you are willing to become a check airmen or a sim instructor, then $150K+ isn’t that hard to obtain. We have good to great QOL and a great relationship with each of our labor groups and Mgmnt. I'm just saying that there are a lot of people constantly bash pilots for not choosing to move to the majors. They think that regional lifers are low quality pilots and people. Those who have this kind of mentality make me sick and so should it you. Bottom line, only we can choose what's right for our lives and only we have to pay the price for our choices.
